3. Work closely with your contractor every step of the way

You’ll have the chance to work one-on-one with your contractor because we never overbook. You can come to us with a blueprint or idea, and we’ll refer you to an architect. Here’s what you can expect during our initial meeting:

  • We’ll sit down and go over the plans for the house step-by-step.
  • If you decide that we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward with the deposit and request bids from subcontractors.
  • Once we get all of the bids together, we’ll present you with the estimate.
  • After the estimate is agreed upon, we’ll get the permits and start building your dream home.
